These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kanxu mobile application ("App") provided by Kanxu Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), located in Nepal. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use the App.
This App does not provide professional medical advice.
Purpose of the App
The Kanxu App is designed to help parents or guardians track the immunization schedule of their children. It is important to note that the App is not a diagnosis app and does not provide expert medical guidance.
Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
While the App may provide suggestions for immunization schedules based on Nepal Government's National Immunization Schedule, these suggestions are not medical decisions. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional, such as a doctor or pediatrician, for personalized medical advice regarding immunization and healthcare for their children.
No Medical Liability
The Company does not accept any liability for decisions made based on the suggestions provided by the App. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their healthcare decisions and that the Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss, or damage, arising from the use of the App.
Consultation with Healthcare Professionals
Users are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before making any decisions regarding their children's healthcare, including immunization schedules. The App is intended to complement, not replace, the advice of healthcare professionals.
Disclaimer of Medical Warranty
The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided by the App. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
